December may be slow for new releases, but it’s an important time for adaptations. High on my list this month are the big screen movies of Night Bitch and The Nickel Boys, and you better believe I’ll be lining up to see Ralph Fiennes play Odysseus. The Return. If couch parties are more your thing, there’s no shortage of options, including One Hundred Years of Solitude on Netflix and movies on Permount+. road tripa romantic comedy by Beth O’Leary.
