It seems not like 10X? The best maginfytion distance is 3 to 5 inches. If the magnifier gets closer and closer to the object, the magnification effect will be greatly diminished. Image distortion? In 10X magnification, the magnifying glass should not be more than 5 inches away from the object. In 20X magnification, the magnifying glass should be no more than 1 inches away from the object. Otherwise, the image will be distorted. Warm or cold light magnifier ? The LED light on the magnifier is cold light. LED light does not work? Make sure your battery is full charge/replaced with 4xAAA new battery. 2. Ensure that the positive and negative battery terminals are correctly installed. Remove protective film or not?
