Alana Bennett is skilled at bringing characters back to life through intentional traits and dialogue, and finds herself caring about the lives of all the characters in this novel. Of course, not only Kia and Cas, but also their family and people important to them. Kia Greer’s Education It may be Bennett’s first novel, but it’s not her first experience developing characters and storylines that will make you smile and pull you and embrace your heart. And that definitely shows.
