Rounded height It’s getting strange

I’ll hold your bustle. Saltburn Creator Emerald Fennell’s adaptation of Wuthering Heights hit the big screen on Valentine’s Day, and test audiences call it “actively provocative and coordinated.” It also sounds very nsfw. Margot Robbie and Jacob Elordi are stars as Katherine and Heathcliffe in a new “deliberately romantic” spin on Emily Brontte’s Gothic romance, and will certainly launch a thousand takes. I rarely worry about adaptations that have a negative effect on the source material. This is no exception. Bronte will be fine, but I’ll admit, it would be fun to have a reason to use “Wuthering Yikes” as the headline.

A new mystery to read this fall

There is a murder at a soul food cafe in Chicago. We have a YA graphic novel about an IT girl that turns out to be dead on the night of her high school production Romeo and Juliet. There are translation works and YA stories of Indigenous peoples. There is a bunch of amazing mystery that will keep you captivated this fall.

We will be happy to hear your thoughts
