It’s not the type of book you snuggle up with under a blanket, cradling a hot coffee, but I recently found myself reaching for it in a moment of needing some clarity.
I won’t tell you the chapter I opened to (ok who am I kidding, it was ‘When You Are Overwhelmed!’), but I instantly felt seen.

Don’t let Julie’s title of ‘Dr’ turn you off, this book is easy to understand and it really portrays her heart for the reader.
Dr Julie Smith dedicated this book to her children, stating “my wish is that you never need this book. But I wrote it just in case”, and it’s safe to say it isn’t just her children who will benefit from this resource.
I highly recommend everyone keeps a copy of this book on their bookshelf.
