The moment I saw it Modern Mountain CookbookI knew it was a book for me. Brandenburg shares dozens of delicious vegan recipes celebrating Appalachian cuisine. She concentrates her recipe on high quality ingredients that she has processed in care and teases her final bite of flavor. The recipes are easy to follow and are delicious. I know I’ll be back in this cookbook many times. As a bonus, it is packaged with colorful covers and adorable end papers, it is a beautiful book.
